The supersonic MiG-21 first flew in 1959, yet it is still in service with many countries today. Wars in Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Pakistan made the MiG-21 one of the most active fighter aircraft since the end of WWII. Impressive supersonic speeds and their use of early air-to-air missiles made them impressive aircraft. This combination of agility and firepower allowed them to be routed in for quick surprise attacks and escape unscathed. Kit features detailed cockpit, ejection seat, undercarriage, and exhausts, 30mm cannon, rocket pods, and decals for German and Soviet versions.
